General Information: Mike Hogan and Graeson Lewis got sick of looking at their bland headset top caps after a ride in 2007. These two friends decided headset topcaps had a higher purpose. They developed a modular accessory base and dubbed it the “Stem CAPtain”. Currently, there are 4 accessory inserts for the base: Clock, Thermometer, Compass and Picture Frame. The bottle cap opener doesn’t require the accessory base.
Why We Added Stem CAPtain to the Assortment: It’s fun! Use the clock on your commuter, compass on your touring bike, thermometer on your fat bike, picture frame on the family truckster and bottle opener on your bar-bike. At $20-25 MSRP each, why not?
